10/23/24: ⏳ How 'ultradian rhythms' affect you & dream garden any season

You've heard of a circadian rhythm, but what's this?

Happy Wednesday my friend,

I’ve known the team at Grow Your Own Vegetables (GYOV) for a long time because we share a similar mission: inspiring a movement to support decentralized and local food.

And it doesn’t get more local and decentralized than in your own backyard.

You can create a healthy garden lifestyle no matter what climate you live in and no matter what time of year it is. It’s all about getting creative and maximizing your unique growing conditions!

Unfortunately…many of us get caught up in barriers to prevent gardening (like growing season, growing zone, etc) that we can’t see the opportunities for abundance all around us.

That’s why we’re inviting you to the Three Scientifically Proven Strategies for an Abundant Vegetable and Herb Garden Masterclass by my friends at Grow Your Own Vegetables.

>>> Access the Garden Abundance Masterclass
You’re going to learn easy steps on:

  • ❤️ How to create gardening habits that really stick

  • 🧡 Why killing more plants is a sign of success

  • 💛 What plants really want from you (it’s less than you think!)

  • 💚 Why “growing seasons” can be a myth that holds you back

  • 💙 How “growing zone” can lead you astray (what to focus on instead)

  • 💜 GYOV’s proven system for continual garden improvement

  • 💖 How you can get started growing the garden of your dreams NOW

After this Masterclass, you’ll be empowered to integrate even more gardening, fresh food, health, and vitality into your daily life immediately. 😋

I’ve seen firsthand how their students have transformed DIVERSE places into wildly successful vegetable and herb gardens in weeks… no matter what time of year it is. You can too!

Reclaiming our food system can happen one garden at a time.

WHAT’S RIANA LEARNING?

Updates from my wife’s Holistic Health Coach training:

Riana here!

We’ve all heard of circadian rhythms as occurring once per day (usually characterized by balancing waking and sleeping times), but have you heard of “ultradian rhythms?”

This week, inside the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach training program, I learned these rhythms occur several times throughout the day (think: heartrate, hunger, thirst, and focus/productivity cycles.)

Like curves in a river or a wave, there’s growth (and life!) during these ebbs and flows of the productivity cycles of your day, especially if you consciously take a 20-minute intentional “Ultradian Rhythm Break” after a period of 90-120 minutes of sustained energy output or intense focus. These breaks are when cell, organ, and tissue repair can happen, hormones can regulate, and our immune system modulates!

TIPS FOR BREAKS: move from inside to outdoors, drink a large glass of water, go to the bathroom (even if you feel you don’t “need to”), and enjoy a crunchy snack of fruit or veggies.

If you want to join me in this fantastic program (I genuinely have been excited during each lesson) and get certified yourself, the next cohort begins November 18th, so join HERE and use Rob’s code for a big 25% off.
