š Today, I get married! Riana and I are eloping in a national park witnessed by our immediate family. It felt right for us to keep it small, sacred, and connected to nature. I wish everyone reading had the pleasure of meeting Riana, because she would brighten your soul and inspire you as she does for me every single day.

MONDAY MOTIVATION
š„ BE THE CHANGE: Learn about Hollywoodās Shailene Woody, best known for her roles in Big Little Lies and the Divergent series, and how even at age 32 she has dedicated much of her life, work, and resources to protect ecosystems ā including in protest of the Dakota pipeline and changes to the seafood industry! Her recent docuseries, Hope in the Water, is a perfect way to learn more about her battle and her ethos.
š§āš³ RECIPE OF THE WEEK: Disneyās Ratatouille remains an enduring classic.
