Happy Monday my friend,
Now why would anyone eat algae?! Well… it’s incredibly nutrient dense. I hope today’s offerings inspire you and serve as a reminder that we can be kind, healthy, and support solutions for the future we want to see. Every time we see a problem that is “out there”, remember that there is inner work and self development that can accompany it. That has nothing to do with apathy, and everything to do with balance by showing up as your best if want to to heal this planet and people. 🙂
