🍇 WASH AWAY PESTICIDES: Canadian researchers have developed a “natural, biodegradable wash that removed up to 96% of pesticide residue from fruit,” (while keeping fruit fresher, longer) in this RADICAL discovery. “Our hope,” said Dr. Yang, “is to help people feel confident about the produce they bring home— knowing it’s safer, lasts longer and creates less waste.”
🧫 HUMAN CELL MAP: Are certain patterns in human cells tied to cancer and disease? Scientists used AI to build the most detailed map of a human cell ever, revealing thousands of proteins working in interconnected systems, not isolation. “We need to start looking at the common machinery inside of cells that is disrupted or hijacked [by mutations,]” one of the study’s authors stated HERE.
