🎥 New Documentary Worth Watching Next Week
A filmmaker friend of mine just released a new documentary that I think a lot of this community will find genuinely fascinating.
It’s called Body Burden — and it explores something most of us intuitively feel, but rarely hear talked about clearly:
What happens when modern life slowly overloads the body?
Microplastics. Heavy metals. Mold exposure. PFAS. Air pollution. Chemical residues. EMFs.
Not from a fear-based angle… but from the perspective of what environmental medicine practitioners have been studying for decades.
The film follows Nicolas Pineault as he investigates clinics helping people with chronic “mystery symptoms” that conventional medicine often struggles to explain.
What surprised him most was discovering his own toxic load was far higher than expected.
I appreciate that this documentary isn’t doom-and-gloom. It’s grounded, investigative, and focused on practical solutions and real patient outcomes.
The online screening starts Monday, so I’d recommend signing up today while it’s fresh in your mind.
You can SIGN UP TO WATCH HERE and reserve your spot for the screening window starting Monday.
