Happy Wednesday {{first name | my friend}},

Today is a special one for me. It’s my dad’s 75th birthday, and I’m really grateful for the steady ways he’s shaped my life. If we are blessed enough with growing older, may we let it be about becoming more rooted, more clear on what matters, and more committed to the habits that keep us well. Happy Birthday Dad. I love you.

🎥 ANNOUNCING MY NEW FILM - GREENFIELD

So many of you guessed correctly after my last email, and that made me really happy. It reminded me how many already know Robin Greenfield’s work, and how deeply his activism has inspired you to rethink something about the way we live.

For some, it’s food. For others, it’s waste, simplicity, ownership, or what it really means to live in right relationship with the Earth. However you found him, it’s clear his life and message have already left a mark.

Which is why I’m so excited to officially unveil our poster for the first time ever…

(and if you DON’T yet know Robin’s work, his TED talk is a great glimpse into one of his past radical stunts, and his humility, charm, and passion)

What I can tell you now is that this film goes far beyond the version of Robin most people have seen online. As open and visible as he’s been over the years, this is something more intimate, more human, and more revealing. It offers a deeper look into his life, his purpose, and the heart behind the choices he’s made.

And in many ways, this isn’t a film about Robin. It’s about that part of all of us that longs for a better way. A part that knows we can live with more humility, more courage, more care for this planet, and more harmony with the ecosystems that sustain us.

There’s something in Robin that reflects a deeper truth many of us feel in our souls but don’t always know how to name. That’s part of what makes this film feel so powerful. It’s not about watching one person’s journey. It’s about recognizing something in ourselves.

I’m also really excited to share that next week, we’ll be opening a limited-time global screening of this film that anyone can sign up to watch at no cost. This project took everything I had. Blood, sweat, tears, years of belief, and a whole lot of heart.

Stay tuned over the next few days, because I’ll be sharing the trailer and sending details on exactly how you can watch. I can’t wait to finally share this with you.

🐿️ CREATURE FEATURE 🐿️

Manatee Appreciation Day

Manatee Appreciation Day is today, and it’s a good excuse to pause for one of the gentlest animals in the water. Manatees are slow-moving, plant-eating mammals that spend much of the day grazing, cruising warm shallow areas, and surfacing for air. If you want a quick read that frames why they matter right now, here’s the Manatee Appreciation Day commentary, and here’s more about it being an ‘appreciation day’.

They also play a quiet role in keeping underwater habitats healthy. They mow seagrass like living lawnmowers, which helps keep them productive and supports nurseries for fish and other marine life. So protecting seagrass and clean water is part of protecting manatees. Here is more on their uniqueness and the dangers they face.

📲 Use Your Phone Without Zapping Your Health

Most people assume that their mobile device has been approved as safe by health authorities.

That assumption is wrong.

The research on daily phone use tells a different story: increased c*ncer risk, disrupted sleep, and reduced fertility. These aren't fringe claims. They're documented in peer-reviewed studies that most people have simply never seen.

Nick Pineault (The EMF Guy) and EMF specialist Brian Hoyer have spent years going through this research so you don't have to. And for the next 7 days, they're sharing what they've learned in a free 60-minute masterclass: “How to Use Your Phone Without Zapping Your Health”

WORD OF THE WEEK

Zoochory: The dispersal of seeds by animals, whether carried, stuck to fur, or passed through digestion.

🍎 NUTRITION 101 🍎

UROLITHIN A: A gut-derived compound from ellagitannins that stimulates mitophagy, the recycling of damaged mitochondria. It’s emerging as a key player in longevity and muscle endurance.

To a healing future,
